Thank you for going the extra mile to get me logged in. I assumed that because I was receiving emails and was able to leave a comment with my ‘name’ already there, that I was a free member. So, that probably clears things up for a lot of users. Thanks again!

    Hi Shane
I am also having trouble signing in to see this as a free member. I get an error on the login for this vid only.
I was actually waiting to see if Membership included the new Photographers tutorials before upgrading.
    Thanks

I followed all your instructions and still am not able to veiw the free video. Please don’t work me with the upgrade offer. I have purchased training videos from you in the past. I am bugged by the upgrade pitch that will not let you move on until you sign a contract. Shame on you!

@Billy: Hi Billy. Thanks for your comment. I looked at your account and everything looked fine. However, since it doesn’t seem to be working for you, I reset your password then checked it to make sure it all worked fine – which it did. I also upgraded your account so you don’t have to wait 5 days to get access to all the free videos. I’ll email your new login details to you so you can get full access to all free tutorials. Remember: You need to login each time you wish to access the ‘free member’ content. Thanks again, and look forward to speaking with you again soon.

I received an email indicating that the video was available to FREE members. Then, when I access the site, it says that I must upgrade before I can view the video.

    …..conflicting messages (?#%&?)

Ditto – have not been able to view this and some others also. And yes I am only trying to view videos offered to free memebers via email.

I am just trying to access the promoted “free” videos from today and other days. I haven’t been able to get past this – there is NOTHING I have been able to view for free. ANd, as you can see, I am logged in, so that’s not the trouble. I see Short Memory has the same problem half way around the world…???

@Lori, thanks for your email. I just checked your account and you actually haven’t registered/joined yet as a Free Member. Therefore you don’t have the ‘membership’ access to view the videos.

I’ve just manually added you as a FREE Member so you will be able to access all the videos in the Free Members section ‘after’ you have logged in. The Free Member Sign up page (for future reference is here: http://www.photoshopzoo.com/free-membership )

I’m logged in to a free members acc. & am told I must upgrade to see the trasparency video whereas you email offers it to free members.
I see the straighten video on the right but it is too small to see clearly what is happening.

@short memory – Hi Jenny. Thanks for your comment. I just checked your account and you have never signed up as a Free Member. This is why you can’t access the Free Member videos. You have purchased a DVD but that is different. Anyway, I’ve just manually added you as a Free Member. Your username is: short memory If you have any questions let us know. Cheers Shane
