Thanks Guys
I’ve recently upgraded to a high meg pixel camera and when converting from RAW to TIFF found my files increasing in size hugely.
Given that I was shooting a wedding I had heaps of fotos. The real challenge came when I wanted to download to DVD and learned that I was having to utilise many DVDs to save these pics for the couple.
Thankfully your video will help me to some extent in that I can now having re-sized the pics, save resulting in a more sensible file size.
Regards
Ross

Good question. Raw images are not yet processed. They don’t have a set number of pixels assigned to them so in effect there is no interpolation / resampling required. Think of a RAW image like a Digital Negative.

Great vid
))
It does raise a point for me though.
I notice that there is no dialogue for resampling/interpolation.
How does camera raw add or subtract pixels ??
