Thanks Brian. I think it probably has something to do with your browser or system. I say this because I tried to play the video on two separate computers and had no problems.

This is quite a good effect which I was used on a couple of images some years ago. It will be interesting to see how your technique differs from mine (and thus improve my approach).

Good stuff. nicely presented and easy to understand. It would be nice to have a print-out of the steps so you can practice off line.

    Thanksd, Jim

Very informative BUT please advise with what version(s) of Photoshop this and all other techniques you demonstrate will work. Won’t be much help if they don’t work with Elements! I have no intention of buying a CS version.

He keeps saying its easy, and its simple, then goes off in computer speak, which I don’t understand.

NO ITS NOT EASY OR SIMPLE WHEN YOU ARE COMPLEATELY NEW TO PHOTOSHOP

@Lynny55: Thanks for letting me know. I do have a comprehensive CD program for beginners. You’ll hear more about it when the new catalog section of the site goes live. But my Photoshop for Beginners program comes in both ebook and video tutorial format and is perfect for people like you who are completely new to Photoshop

Just added a new feature. You can now click a button on the bottom right hand corner of screen to open video in large window.

    Hope this helps!
