I was just thinking I used to run competitions all the time for my Photoshop friends & subscribers but it’s been AGES!  We’re long overdue.

So here it is!

This would have to be the most simple competition ever too.

All you have to do is upload your BEST photo (feel free to watermark it or put a copyright symbol and even just use a low’ish resolution file – that is fine!) The photo with the most ‘Likes’ will win. (more…)

Maybe you’ve thought wouldn’t it be cool if you could watch the videos faster or even a bit slower at different times. Well today I want to share with you a little tool that I use to watch youtube videos at 1.5x speed or even 2x speed depending on the video and yes it works equally well with my Photoshop Training Videos here too.

The tool is from a company called Enounce and the name of it is MySpeed.

I have the $29.99 version and I love it. Infact I use it EVERY day, There’s also a free trial for 7-days. Check it out.

So CS6 is on the horizon and not far away from going public. The Beta version is out and downloadable from here: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/photoshopcs6.html it’s not a small file so make sure you have plenty of room on your hard drive. I think it’s around 2GB!
